"Very happy with logbook servicing as an alternative to dealer servicing at twice the price."
"I rang for a price and availability for a set of tyres on a Saturday morning and I was told that they didn't have stock. I asked if they could check other stores for availability and I was told they didn't have the ability to do that. 11 years of employment at Bridgestone, I know for a fact they could've searched other stores availability, but clearly they were too lazy to do that and wanted to keep the sale for themselves. This is typical of the Bridgestone franchise attitude. Lazy, poor customer service! The sad thing is, Bridgestone will look at this review and say, oh Vas, always complaining, but unfortunately I am a customer and I have a right to complain. I was bullied into removing my bad review of Blair Athol after they lied to my sister about the Road Hazard warranty! Be aware, just because Bridgestone is a big name, it's not one to trust! Blackwood has better tyres stores ie Jacobs tyres, Tyrepower."
