In 2018, our family had the privilege of acquiring this iconic hotel and embarked on a mission to restore its heritage-listed buildings to their former glory. With great care and dedication, we have meticulously crafted the furniture and fit-out using locally sourced, recycled timbers and stone. This commitment to sustainability not only adds a unique character to the hotel but also reflects our deep respect for the environment and the community we serve.

While the restoration journey hasn't been without its challenges, we remain steadfast in our intention to create a truly exceptional experience for our guests.
