"Do yourself a favour and find another “4x4 specialist”. I booked my vehicle in to get a bullbar, winch, wireless rear airbags, compressor, through connector and Anderson plus fitted to my tow bar. After having my vehicle In the shop for the first day I was informed that it would be ready to be picked up at 5pm. I arrived then and had to wait until 7pm until my vehicle was ready. Of everything that I wanted done, the Anderson plug was the only item installed without any issues. The bull bar was misaligned, a different compressor was installed, no through connector, and the rear airbags didn’t work do to them not being able to install the wireless module correctly. I was forced to bring the vehicle back a week later as they said they would replace the wireless module and fix the remaining issues. They installed a compressor which is designed to inflate a footy instead of the big capacity one I paid for which would be sufficient to inflate four tires and the airbags. After the second day in the shop they still couldn’t get the wireless co troller to work and I was forced to bring the vehicle back for a third time. I was told they would order a replacement module and fix the remaining issues. I then brought the vehicle in for the third time and left it with them for two days to sort the remaining issues. Shock horror when they could t fix the wireless module as the never ordered a replacement like they promised. My vehicle have now been in the shop a total of four days and still at this point the only thing correctly installed was the Anderson plug on my tow bar. Then then informed me that they had ordered a replacement module and would call and book my in when it arrived to fix the remaining issues. I waited 2.5 months with Macca proving every excuse under the sun as to why it hadn’t arrived. One being that it has been held In customs when the part was coming for VIC. After constant calls seeking updates I finally received the answer that Macca hadn’t ordered the part and it would now be here in a week. I booked my car in for the fifth day, of which I informed them if they could t get the wireless issue working to revert the system to a manual setup as we need the vehicle for an upcoming trip which we couldn’t cancel like the previous three we had to. I dropped my car off and again was surely disappointed with their business acumen. The wireless module was never ordered and they tried again for the fourth time to try and reset the system with no success. The car was ultimately taken with no wireless airbags a bullbar that wasn’t fitted flush, and a compressor pass through that was so clogged with gunk that it prevented a hose from being connected. I was never given a refund for the items not installed every though they assured me that they would look after me for the constant much around. Do yourself a favour and avoid fourplay by any means. If you are chasing Ironman products go and see the actual Ironman company in St Claire. The business acumen and blatant lies by Macca and the team are quite frankly disappointing for 4x4 specialists. I have since taken my car to another mechanic who has fixed all of the issue that I was left with and had to pay additional money out of my own pocket because of fourplay ineptness. If I could zero stars I would."

I've had to pay for them to be sent over when I don't see why you can't keep them in stock if you do publicity to sell your products!! "Ironman" scared he won't sell?? I come to show you and all you say is I'll talk to "Ironman" and call you next week. Didn't call back and you can perfectly see the job done was rushed and screws are missing!! ARB and TJM listen and don't treat clients without respect!!! 0 0 RATING!! NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANY JOB AND WASTE OF $ $ $ !!!!"

"Had two ironman bullbars fitted by these guys on my 2018 and my 2023 sr5 Hilux. Bars look perfect and they did a good job organizing the job when I was still waiting for my new ute and fitted it before I picked it up from Toyota. I had an issue with my current one to do with the front camera and called up for help and they provided an easy fix that I did myself. I recommended these guys!"
