"I dont often leave unhappy reviews and I should of checked them before going in. I got a pedicure which was to be $55. Having been a beautician all was going well till 3 other people walked in whilst I was there, complaining of their nails and the poor job done. I was like great what have I got myself into. I was happy with mine till I got to the counter to be charged an extra $5 because I got more than one colour. I'm like it's still polish. Not like I had artwork done or rhinestones put on. So for $60 when I usually pay $45 elsewhere, no I won't be going back."
"Oh my goodness! THIS PLACE ! As a 49 year old woman, moving from Sydney 5 years ago, I’ve had my fair share of pedicures all over this country of ours.. Dao was the lovely lady who gave me THE best pedicure I’ve possibly ever had… Not only did I notice how well she was cutting my nails- really getting in and doing a great job of removing, cutting back all she could …. The leg and foot massage was amaziiiiing!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment- they’ve certainly found a new customer in me Thankyou Dao ! :)"
"DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!! Went in for a acrylic refill and they told me i needed a fresh set which was fine until they proceeded to rip my nails off and stick another acrylic nail underneath mine to get them off, it was extremely painful and i could feel my natural nail ripping, i asked them to be soaked off instead and they refused and continued to keep pulling and tugging at my nail, after asking multiple times they finally agreed to soak off my 2 nails that were left on, but the damage was already done my natural nails were left so damaged once removed and so sore The lady was extremely rude i had the nail colour book chucked at me, she was grabbing and flipping my fingers very aggressively, i was cut multiple times by the tools when shaving the nail, i said ouch and she just angrily pulled my hand closer to her, i was suppose to get a design but after all this i just got a simple colour and wanted to get out of there! i then went to the front counter to pay and they chucked the price up a extra $30!!! her excuse was they took her a long time (45min) i was treated so poorly after telling her i was quoted $30 less than what she was telling me i needed to pay, i refused to pay the extra $30 after arguing back and forth with her yelling at me she chucked the eftpos machine at me and walked away. To top it all off the nails i’ve been left with are chunky, crooked and the colour is all blotchy! Such a horrible experience, will NEVER be going to this salon again there’s a reason why it’s always so empty! Please beware they shouldn’t be allowed to continue operating treating clients this way!!"
"So rude. sat there for about 20 minutes before I even got looked at. had the nail colours thrown at me. when I finally got served the lady did not listen to a word I said and every time I had to correct her on what she was doing she made it seem like my fault by grunting at me, rolling her eyes and pulling my hand over hard. She dropped all of the utensils on the floor did not clean them and started to use them on me. After all of this she did a horrible job n the ombre that I ask for and had to tell her to remove What she had done and just put a clear coat on because I did not wanna deal with it anymore"
"I live locally and thought I’d Rainbow Nails a try as Gloss Nails are always so busy, there’s a reason for that. I went into rainbow to get SNS removed on my nails, then repainted and shellac on my toes. I was given colour chart told to sit in the chair, you know the normal drill. When I noticed one girl shaping my nail as round (rather than square) I questioned her and she angrily pulled my hand and started reshaping, then shaking her head. (This was not asked at the start of the session unlike other salons) Another girl was removing the previous sns, leaving the electric file one my nail so long that it burnt, I had to keep pulling away my hand. She didn’t apologise, instead looked angry herself and basically kept doing it.. The entire session they all then spoke in their own language (which is normal in these salons) but this time I felt they were laughing and looking at me or the conversation was about me. It wasn’t nice feeling. They then tried to send me out of the salon with acetone stuck under my nails and that’s when I told them that this wasn’t good enough. They actually really hurt and was worried it could cause infection. The boss lady came over and looked at the nails, spoke in another language to the younger girl and started painting underneath my nail with remover the younger girl cutting away the clumps of acetone /nail polish. My nails are all chipped now in those places, but I will not be going back to get them fixed. I’d prefer to pay another nail bar than to sit in that nail bar for another minute and face those rude girls. It was a disaster, I was charged $120 for this. Never again, worst hour of my life!"
