"Had an appointment booked in well in advance as it takes a bit of planning and consent from work etc to get there. Well into the ACTUAL day of the appointment, they call me up to say 'the doctor isn't coming in'. Ok, fine these things happen occasionally, that's life, so I re-booked for a few days later. Again, well into the day of the appointment (with all my plans which involve other people covering for me) they call and say the doctor isn't in again, and won't be for several weeks, and the other doctor even longer. I'm sorry, but how is it even possible that both doctors could disappear for so long at such short notice? what kind of business is this incompetent? Absolutely atrocious way to treat a patient, I've now arranged to go somewhere else even through its on the other side of town. Give them a miss."

"Horrible business, horrible attitude towards customers. Booked way in advance, then left a message on my phone 2 hours before appointment wanting to cancel or move. Tried ringing back dozens of times, left multiple messages and didn't return any of them, even after the appointment time passed. Avoid this one at all costs guys."
