"Had my brake lights stuck on in my work vehicle. Pad which engages switch was broken. Had to get it fixed quick as like everybody else, had a couple busy days ahead. Went to a business not far from these guys which is a big franchise. Couldn't have been more unhelpful. Rhea was so nice, said sure we can do it for you straight away, we'll call you when done. I had headed home on foot and not 10 minutes later she rang to say it's done. What fantastic service. What's more I wanted to pay but they refused payment.
