"Today I got served by a staff member that didn’t know how to make a coffee. Twice I asked for a long black with milk. First I got a tiny bit of coffee in the bottom of the cup, and the second time I was served a cold coffee. Clearly this person had never drank/made a coffee in his life. Eventually the other staff member had to step in and make the coffee for me. Thanks to her."
"Consistently 10+ minute wait for coffee. Order 15 minutes in advance via the app and twice it hasn't been ready, too much foot traffic and not enough staff. Was buying coffee here everyday but now no more"
