"I visited this place for treatment+cut. I discussed what haircut I wanted. I was not given any information about the "treatment" and asked to wash hair. I told honey that I washed my hair before I came to which she said I still need to wash for treatment. I asked price for treatment which she said she will tell once she cuts my hair. As soon as I was back on the chair after wash she says treatment $180 and cut $40. I did both treatment and cut however. I will never return to this business because of their work ethics, bad customer service and very unclear communication about the service they offer. I was not asked if I was allergic to anything neither I was told what products she would use. And cherry on top she used a straightener to make my hair look smooth without any heat protectant. The reason given was to bind the keratin into my hair. Even if this is the last place that can make my hair look nice, I would avoid a business that is not transparent and does not value the customer (who pays for their service). I don't care how the treatment or cut was. The service is appalling."
