"I am writing to share my disappointment and frustration with the experience I had with this company. Regrettably, I feel compelled to leave a negative review based on their failure to return my deposit as per our agreement. On 27 May I rented a car and provided a deposit of 550Aud to secure the booking. The terms and conditions explicitly stated that the deposit would be refunded upon completion of the service or return of the product in acceptable condition. Unfortunately, despite fulfilling my obligations and adhering to the agreed-upon terms, I have not received my deposit refund to date. Despite numerous attempts to contact Mr Amil,via email, sms and phone calls, I have been met with complete silence. This lack of communication and failure to honor their commitment is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on their business practices. I am deeply disappointed by this car rental company’s lack of integrity and their disregard for customer satisfaction. Not only has this situation caused financial strain, but it has also eroded my trust in their ability to fulfill their promises. It is disheartening to encounter such disregard for basic business ethics and common courtesy. In light of my experience, I cannot recommend this car rental to others. Potential customers should be aware of the company’s unprofessional conduct and their inability to fulfill their commitments. I hope that sharing my experience will serve as a cautionary tale."

"Update. Finally got my bond back. Took 6 weeks. I had adequate travel insurance so happy to pay the $3.300 bond. But If as stated by the owner that they have problems processing these refunds then maybe don’t offer this or tell me upfront. If they had bothered to reply to my emails and phone messages I would not have needed to write a negative review. I will let you read the owners reply and make your own decision Be warned. Bond NOT returned. The service price and car hired were okay BUT we paid a bond of $3.300 which has still not been refunded. Car was returned without any problems however we realised afterwards that in the fine print they will not refund deposits till 28 days after car returned. That’s ridiculous but we waited and even after this period no refund. Emailed and texted and voice mailed without response. Finally got onto Amil by phone and was assured refund would be made within the week. Still nothing. Can only assume they are in financial difficulty if they can’t make payments on time."

"My partner Joyce & I hired a car for 3 days to travel to Brisbane. Amil let us pick up the car early for no extra charge, the day before we were supposed to. We were very happy with that as it suited our plans very well for our travels. Amil was such a delight to deal with & has a wicked sense of humour with many funny & interesting stories to tell. We will not hesitate to hire from this company in the future & I highly recommend them to all my fellow country people from New Zealand. "As an 18 year old I found it so hard to find a car rental place to hire a car since I’m on my red Ps. Most places are only 21+. My experience was so great and easy. The whole procedure was quick and the owner explained everything to me bit by bit. Not to mention the pricing was great!! The car was in decent condition and got me to destination A and B with no complications. The owner was so friendly and nice and was great to chat to, he would crack jokes which made the hire experience even better."

"I will not advise anyone. I left your Poccet 2 action camera in the glove box when I gave the car away, two hours after the vacuum cleaner it disappeared (700 bucks). The deposit of 750 bucks for a week of rent was taken in cash and they are not going to give it back. 30 days have passed, I approached them twice, wrote to the mail twice. Today I came up with the idea that I owe 400 bucks for parking. It's easier to buy a car than to mess with these guys. Easy road for everyone"
