"Coles is open for business after the mixed development project! Supermarket looks so spacious and lot of room in-between the aisles. Some of the self checkout scan and pack counters are looking like the normal checkout registers that sales assistants usually serve and don't be surprised if other customers come and unload their groceries on the conveyor belt for you to scan those for them ;-) Better if they can add some greenery! Some trees and plants to dim the all new concrete look!! Plenty of car parking available here. I have some more videos to upload, but unfortunately google maps not allowing me to upload photos at the moment. I have to give full access to my gallery, I have given selective access to the iphone photo gallery and that doesn’t seem to work! Google maps keep asking for full access!"

"I went here to check out this new supposedly fantastic coles , it was huge and spacious but too big with no atmosphere and a couple of unhappy staff worked there I felt dumb for asking a question .I thought it would be like some of the amazing foodlands they have now but was dissapointed. Food land Norwood is better if your at Norwood I won't bother going there again."

"Great feel, very open & clean. Totally inappropriate that it wasn't even 8pm and there were no options to use a staff operated check-out. All self-serve. The girls at the self-serve check-outs were unhelpful and sullen...didnt even look customers in the eye. No hello, smile, or goodbye. Maybe they're bored not having anything to do. The young man stacking shelves was friendly and helpful. He's a keeper."

"Very happy with new store as the previous store had definitely passed it's use by date! Spacious aisles allow customers to get what we want & go!! Staff are so friendly, helpful & well trained. (Oh! It's time all the bitter reviews of the previous store were deleted though as it's in the dustbin of history now)."

"Its a major facelift big open space. Fridge iems are well displayed. But the atmosphere remains colesy. There is a new parking area. Unsure if its exlusively for the centre. Lots of carparked but when i went inside only few people i see. However dont come here if you are going to buy lots of things. I bought $340 worth of items. When i headed to the checkout theres this long checkout table. It turns out to be a self serve checkout. I went to see if there are any staff assisted check out but failed. I saw one but its for 12 items of less only. Theres another checkout but its again 6-7 mini selfserve check out. I cant seem to see a staff assited check out. Im so frustrated after ive spend 30 minutes doing my shopping. I have to scan my items by myself. If its not in desperation that i need these items for that afternoon i wouldve left the whole cart there and go somewhere else. I dont know how many individual items ive bought but my receipt was about a foot and a half. Also dont buy cigarrettes here if you are in a hurry. You need to go in the shop entrance then head to the counter. The door which is closest to the cigarettes is exit only it wont open from the outside if you are trying to make a shortcut. I understand that this is for a security purposes. So dont be surprised to come out more than just cigarettes because you are lured to pass some supermarket items before you reach the counter."
