Worse than that they say they are going to come and have a look at your issue and then totally ignore you. Stiff if your busy as well. Wouldn’t go near them again."

"Very poor service and quality. Ballustrades arrived 7 weeks after told will be 1.5 weeks. 9 m of ballustrades were not delivered and told were lost. Sections were too short and tubing was only partially welded. The sections delivered were nothing like we discussed and ordered (hard to believe but true). None of the above was recitified and delivered. The experience with Allgates was terrible."
