"One of the most hostile places I have ever shopped in Maybe they should employ staff that actually want a job or train the staff they have on customer service. The store has such a negative feel to it. This is why online shopping is taking over, no rude shop assistants to deal with. Membership is ridiculous, why would anyone in this day and age pay to get discount when so many other chains offer savings and price matches with no membership fee. As for customer service, Nationals don't offer customer service with their membership fee."
"Crazy pricing, slow service, no customer service. Price increases, and dropping membership to only 10% off on brands that were worth paying for membership. Concept stores and online here I come. Most will offer a discount without having to pay a fee."
