"Disappointed in the rooms not as good as advertised. Our toilet was so close to the shower you hit your head to stand up. Ok but not the best."

"We arrived in Adelaide after a 2-day trip from the U.S. marred by airline delays and cancellations. Dragging in in the late evening, it was such a delight to find a comfy, clean apartment with a light on and soft music playing! We rented a 2-bedroom apartment for 3 persons, with kitchen and laundry. Everything was as advertised. Housekeeping kept things nice throughout our 10-day stay. The reception desk not being staffed overnight did not prove to be a problem. Most importantly, the management was very flexible when we needed to change arrival and departure dates as our plans (and our airlines) worked themselves out. We added a parking space in the underground garage over the weekend with no difficulty. The building is very quiet and secure, with a key needed to enter after hours and to use the lift. The location in central Adelaide is near shopping, dining, and public transit. All in all we would be eager to stay here again."

"Staff were very helpful and friendly, !!!! The rooms were old but clean, bedroom was quite small. There was very few cooking items (saucepans etc) the bed was very firm. But the worst problem with this place is there is no sound proofing. We could hear our neighbour’s talking and if you are unfortunate to get a Room near the lift with people coming going at all hours of the night without my regard for the other tenants you won’t get a lot of rest. I don’t think I would stay there again."

"With another couple, shared a 4 day stay in Adelaide at the Franklin. All good - see below. Only negative was the extremely steep, narrow, and curved ramp to enter the basement car park. Lots of alternative parking stations very close by."

"We recently stayed here . We booked a 2 bedroom apartment & it actually had 3 bedrooms. Plenty of room & a balcony. Right in CBD. Great value for money. Staff very helpful when we found the clothes dryer not working & exhaust fan in bathroom. Fixed right away."
