"It is pretty cramped, but in saying that there is always good specials and very economical options."
"The lady manager who was working there today (june 13, 2023) was absolutely rude to one of the customer today. The customer was really polite and trying to talk to her in a nice way but she acted so rude everyone was looking at them and the lady who calls herself a manager was pointing a finger to a customer and asking her to leave. From the conversation, I heard that the customer was trying to open the stuff out of the packet. I know that is wrong but as a manger if they saw someone doing that you tell them in a polite way not to do it, you don’t ask your customer to leave the store pointing out a finger and humiliating them in front of other people. How come a manager who trains other staff can be so mean and disrespectful, literally she said it in a really high tone to the customer several times to get out of the store even she was wearing a mask it was very loud, looking at the scenario even that manager said nothing to me, I would myself never buy stuffs from rundle mall daiso, that manager almost made the other lady cry as well as everyone makes mistakes but she is paying for the stuffs she’s buying, we all are, if you don’t like customers opening the stuff be nice and polite and ask them not to do it in a mannered way. Don’t yell at your customers when they are paying for their stuffs they aren’t getting it for free so respect your customer, if you want someone to respect you. Daiso your staffs need more training on how to behave with fellow customer. Please work on that"
"Daiso Adelaide is bad when it comes to the variety of items in stock compared to the others stores on the East coast. The shelving and aisle are way to close to each other and very hard to maneuver. Staff were literally sitting on the floor stocking items while having a good chat. Shout out to Sylvia who looked like she hated her job but made the effort to come in, I assumed that is her name reading from the reciept. There also needs to be some sort of quailty control in place. Just in case you can't tell, its a spider."
"A smaller Daiso location than the ones I've been to in Melbourne, but a fun mix of home goods and snacks at a low price. Cute and colorful. Staff was friendly too."
