"On arrival at the caravan park the lock on our caravan door stopped working and we were locked out of the van. We had to climb in through the pop top window and remove the door handle on the inside with a screwdriver which left the locking mechanism inoperable. I rang Mark on Friday afternoon and he said he would be at the caravan park just after 9am on Saturday. Mark arrived with a new lock and handle and within 30 minutes we were back in business. Mark doesn’t work on Saturdays so we were extremely grateful for his prompt attendance and workmanship. I don’t know what we would have done without his service. Thank you VIcki & Geoff"
"Mark replaced a damaged awning arm with a used arm for us in March, charging us over $400. The van is stored in a yard so the awning could not be fully tested and due to Covid and husband’s health issues we were unable to use the van until Aug. When we extended the awning anD tried to adjust the arm, the handle was broken and we had to use a screw driver the lower the awning. I contacted Mark, whose response was that he could replace the handle for a further charge of another $200, saying that we had waited too long. Even though I could provide proof that the van has not been moved."
