"Unsure why other reviews are negative as I got treated very well at all of my visits. Mind you I dont stuff around, I have what I need when I get there such as my Identification out or my bank card, parcel slip etc. I don't hold the line up like some people do."
"This post office is 2km from my house, unlike the Salisbury North PO that is 200m from my house. Majority of my packages get taken to the PO furthest away which is the one with most awful business hours. I work Mon-Sat. Rush in at 1140am today (Saturday 1st July) to get a pair of shoes that were delivered there, that I need for tomorrow. Closed. All other Post Offices close at 12 or 1. Angry as they have shortened their hours, and angry because I was home when the Postie delivered. He DIDNT knock. Australia Post is a disgrace."

"Horrible customer service! I bought a parcel to post and the male staff member refused to let me use a pen to fill out the details. He then proceeded to say that I needed to purchase a $3 pen in order to fill out my package. Very rude. I have a business in the area and send multiple packages each week so they’ve lost my business, I will be using the burton post office from now on because the staff are actually nice and helpful and let you use a pen to fill out packages. If only I read the reviews before going to the Paralowie post office."
