Arriving at around 2.30pm shopping and trying so many things out until close on a Saturday (Let’s be honest, retail workers would prefer to be at home chilling out on a Saturday arvo too). Nothing was too much trouble, allowed us to take some very expensive bits of kit out to our vehicle to check if it would fit. Knowledgable staff happy to help. Will come back down from Brisbane for the service."
"Really bad customer service. Was told by a staff member they do 30-day return. Went to return a gift and they refused. Now I’m stuck with a gift card I don’t want. They were very rude during the process and it is clear they don’t value the customer experience. Cannot recommend and unfortunately me or anyone I know will never ever shop here again."
