To ensure a smooth registration process, we kindly request that new patients complete the New Patient Registration Form, which can be found on our website under Patient Forms or obtained from our Reception Desk. For your first visit, please bring any relevant medical history, including specialist letters, to assist our healthcare professionals in providing comprehensive care. It is important to note that all new patients require a double appointment for their initial visit.

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to inform our patients that we are currently not offering COVID boosters. However, our neighboring Mount Compass Pharmacy is providing this service. To schedule an appointment for a COVID booster, please contact them directly at 8556 8400.

We also offer flu vaccines, which can be conveniently booked by contacting the Medical Centre. It is worth noting that flu vaccinations are bulk-billed, ensuring that you receive this essential preventive measure without any financial burden.
