Our managing director, Sam Matheou (FCPA), has been serving the Gold Coast community in private practice for nearly three decades. In 2021, Magnitude Accounting Partners was formed through a strategic partnership between Sam Matheou & Company and Sun Private Wealth.

With over 30 years of experience as a qualified CPA, Sam Matheou leads our team with expertise in personal and business accounting. He possesses extensive knowledge across various industry sectors and specializes in tax compliance and consulting matters for small to medium-sized businesses.

Jan, a valued member of our team for over six years, brings over 35 years of experience as a CPA. She began her career in the private sector, focusing on Property Development, Real Estate, and Hotel industries before transitioning into Public Practice.

Nick, who joined us in 2020, gained significant experience at one of the Gold Coast's largest accounting firms. His primary focus has been tax compliance, and he has also worked as a management accountant within SME businesses across industries such as Education, Retail, Private Equity, Construction, and Technology. Nick holds his SMSF Specialist Advisor designation through the SMSF Association of Australia.

Our team also includes Dani, who joined us in 2021 and provides management and administration support. Dani holds a Bachelor of Communications degree with majors in Advertising and Marketing from Bond University. Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Professional Accounting at Charles Sturt University.

Amanda, who joined us in 2022, brings over 30 years of experience in Accounting and Administration roles. She is a Registered BAS Agent with a Certificate IV in Accounting and is a Qualified Justice of the Peace. Amanda has gained diverse expertise in administration, operations, tax compliance, and bookkeeping throughout her career.
