"I wish I could leave less stars. I bought a very expensive vibrator ($250) from this place while on holiday with my partner. We experienced several problems with the faulty product not working several times, turning on and off as well as making loud noises. When taking to product in to get a refund, which happened after many attempts of contact via email, phone call and text with very little reply (only via email), we experienced the most poor customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve worked in customer service for a long time and have dealt with returning faulty products with ease. I had to talk to the girls and owner for over an hour just to be told several different things. They were making the rules up as they went, first telling me I’d get an exchange, then telling me I could have a partial refund, then saying I could just keep the product and let them know if it would stop working again, or send it off to be tested. I fly back home in the morning and have had to spend the last night of my holiday dealing with this. Not only did it kill the mood for my partner and I the night of purchase, but i have had trouble contacting them throughout my whole holiday just to spend a significant amount of time on my last night on holiday in there to be given no resolution to the problem. Piss poor customer service. Would hate to think what would happen if you bought one of their $1,000 products. Don’t recommend and will make sure anyone I know never visits. Waste of money and waste of time."

"Hall of Harper shocked me in the best way possible! I love the hidden nature of it, walked in and it was totally not what I was expecting. The decor and ambiance of the store is so luxurious, classy and comfortable. I wish I asked for the name of the lady working in the store… she was incredibly warm and knowledgeable, made my partner and I feel as if we had our own personal experience. 100% recommend checking it out. Will be keen to try our special complementary fortune cookies that we received with our purchase."
