"Rogue trader, I purchased some chair tips but when recieved they where not fit for purpose (wouldn't fit chair legs). Contacted Michael who replied to hit them on with a malletbefore sending them back, I did but still would not fit so Sent them back. He will not give a refund and has become very hard to deal with. CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE. Be very careful buying from this guy."

The sample pack is free and you only need to pay for the postage. This has been immensely helpful to try before you buy.
