"Been a patient here since it opened and had great service and doctors. Sadly now our Dr no longer consults during weekday 9 to 5 and we haven't liked any of the others over the years, so we are moving to a new local practise. It has lost its personal touch and too focused on profit and turning over numbers. Very sad."

"I saw Christina Bolaton, I have never seen worst doctor in my entire life. She is so rude that she doesn’t even allow us to talk and ask anything. Her diagnosis is even worse than her she doesn’t care about the patients she’s at the clinic to make money. I emailed , practice manager and got a reply that she will pass my email to Christina , practice manager did not even bother to show some courtesy on the matter I described in the email. She Blamed back to me. She did not even apologise. The whole clinic is a joke , you will be on a hold to speak to a receptionist for 30 mins , can’t believe it. Please save your time and money. If you visit this clinic you will go through lot of stress."

"Worst surgery. A few times I have taken my son and just told "it looks viral" and sent out the door. The first occasion he needed steroids. The second occasion antibiotics. The doctor told me his ear infection is viral and refused antibiotics. I questioned how they could possibly know something is viral by looking at it and they expected me to go home and wait two days for a swab when my son can't sleep without being held upright and was screaming in pain. The doctor didn't even listen to his chest or anything. He stayed asleep the entire appointment. She only took his temp and looked in his ears then came to the conclusion it was viral based off that. Very negligible, will cost someone their life one day."

"I don’t even recommend a one star review. What a horrible 6 months I’ve had. Visiting doctor Christina. I was missed diagnosed with more than one serious health issue. I was not listened to I was pushed and rushed out the door without a care in the world even crying in the room of my frustration of the amount of pain I was experiencing with reoccurring symptoms. Couldn’t even read my results nor give correct diagnosis which I was entitled to hearing, missing certain diagnosis I had taken to a new GP I was not even informed of. Do NOT recommend, I felt hopeless and SO uncared for."

"This clinic used to be good but the quality of doctors and administration has substantially dropped all while going from bulk billing to charging for appointments. It's normal to spend 30 minutes on hold to speak with reception. The online booking system is good, but doesn't eliminate the times you need to speak to reception about something other than booking an appointment. Unfortunately too the administration team is unwilling to receive any feedback about the wait times."
