Trudi's journey led her to become a Reiki Sensei/Master and Teacher, a Certified Life Coach, NLP and Time Line Therapy Practitioner, Hypnotherapy Practitioner, and an experienced meditation practitioner.

Tru Support Natural Therapies has been serving the community since 2014, providing workshops, coaching, Reiki treatments, and training across Australia. Our workshops are designed to empower individuals and facilitate personal growth. We also offer advanced workshops via Zoom, allowing our members to refresh their training and delve deeper into various topics.
