"Staff at Bridgestone Bundall were fantastic today. I got a flat tyre at Pacific Fair, we were visiting from Brisbane. RACQ pumped it up as it was a slow leak and I drove to the nearest tyre place on the other side of the shopping centre (I had called ahead to explain I had a flat) this store took 30 minutes to tell me they couldn’t help and were too busy. I contacted Bridgestone who were so helpful we got the car there, they recommended somewhere for a snack for the other Mum with me and three teenage girls, the tyre was fixed in a jiffy and we were on our way home. "Paul and the team at Bridgestone Bundall are amazing! I called on Monday about my break pads and disks hoping to see someone asap as I am a single mum and it was the week of Christmas. I had already called a few other mechanics who had quoted me $1000 and told me they couldn’t get me in until mid January. Paul was extremely genuine, honest and helpful. He explained the service he could provide and at a much better price. He also booked me in on Wednesday - only two days later. He was very thorough with his service check and also caring. In the end he fixed one of my tyres, did a service and replaced my back disks for much less than I was quoted elsewhere. I will definitely be sticking with this Bridgestone as I am extremely grateful for his wonderful help and honesty. Thank you team!"
