"We called for a road worthy. Matt came out and looked at the car, I needed one tyre so instead of charging me and then to come back, Matt didn't charge for the first call and said when you get the tyre and fix what needs doing call me and I will come out again to inspect and just charge you once. I got the tyre and Matt came out to inspect the car again. Very impressed we only had to pay once and Matt came out twice. Highly recommend."

"I have never left a review before and don't plan to make a habit of it, but in this case, I feel it is important to do so, to protect other consumers. I definitely do not recommend this business for RWCs. I was sold a car with a RWC from Matthew. Within a month, the car was off the road, undriveable and had many safety and mechanical issues, which were quoted $4000++ to fix up. I definitely believe this was a fraudulent RWC and this has been confirmed by 2 mechanics, with quotes dated within the RWC validity period. In my opinion, any business who speaks to their customers in this degrading way is not a business that I would want to commerce with. Regardless of my receipt dates, make your own mind up about these guys by simply reading below and viewing how defensive and insulting they are to the customers who had the original intention of supporting their trade. If you read further along, you will also see that I'm not the first person who will be filing a complaint with them through Transport of Main Roads Qld and they have a history of such complaints. My advice is to choose a more transparent and reliable business to get your jobs done and avoid having your intelligence insulted by their very very very poor customer service. But if you're an honest person with integrity - look elsewhere."

"Disappointed with the poor conduct of this business. Gave the seller of a car we purchased a road worthy cert for a car that had multiple issues. Break pad problems. Oil leaks. Including, when running over the car he missed an internal issue that caused the car to break down within the two month safety certificate allowance time. He is falsely claiming this was outside the safety certificate time allowance, when we have proof that it was not. The owner has cost us thousands of dollars for incorrectly giving out this certificate. We will be submitting a claim to Fair Trade. Terrible business. Rude owner. He lies to try and cover himself and has somehow been deleting negative reviews to trick potential clients. Disgusting."

"Photo attached of draw bar structural rust. This operation is dodgy, they passed my boat trailer as roadworthy, and it is riddled with rust. Certificate issued on 29/07/19, trailer purchased on 21/9/19. I drove down to the Gold coast to get it, got it home and found structural rust in the draw bar and rear cross member. Matt did the inspection himself (tried to blame one of his other employees). Told me to get it fixed and he would pay the bill. never came through, instead telling me it was too much. Have all text messages and paperwork. Picked up complaint forms from TMR, and have spoken with fair trading. Also some of the positive reviews by Sharon below are false. she is the person who has been replying to my complaint with them. Either the office girl or the owners partner, either way she has been putting positive feedback and reviews for the business she works in and the one who replies to all the other reviews"
