"Terrible customer service!! At the teller I was paying my bank a compliment re how they've $100 notes when I ask for change but they were so rude & attacked me as if I was saying"BOQ don't have any change"!?! I'd been a customer for years & deserve more respect when I was positive to them but they were over their job & that's my fault so I should cop a mouthful?! This is why computers are taking over in banks as they're emotionless whilst people should have the compassionate customer service personality required which evidently they don't so I think they need more staff who're maybe younger & more vibrant so people don't get their heads snapped off for no reason!!"
