"When I travel, I always look for a spacious room, a large bathroom (with great shower pressure), and a comfortable bed. The Mantra Twin Towns ticked all these boxes, and on top, they gave me a room with a balcony and an ocean view. The ladies in the restaurant were super friendly, and the breakfast was lovely. Will definitely be back!"
"Could improve the cleanliness of the room. Found a mouldy leftover takeaway in the fridge from previous guest which was failed to be thrown out by the cleaners. Had the arrangement of late check out at the time of booking and was confirmed on the day of checking in but on the check out day, the message wasn't passed onto the cleaners and also to one of the guest services as they knocked on the door telling me that I need to checkout by 10. When I checked out earlier than 12, I heard the cleaner said to the other cleaner that she finally checked out and laughed. I think it was a bit rude. So, communication needs some improvement as well. The room size was great and the view was good. Breakfast buffet had a lot of selections."
"Quick and easy checkin, agent very across the ALL program and kind enough to sign up my colleague. Lovely welcome amenity (ALL platinum), no drink cards/breakfast. Rooms immaculately clean. Washing machine, iron, dish washer and full cooking facilities. Decent size living room and bedroom. Great pool and spa. Would stay here again as a good alternate to airport hotels."
"Could not get better, more accomodating staff and crew. We had the luxury of performing at their amazing theatre and you could not fault the service of the staff, sound and lighting crew. Settled in a premium location, I never wanted to leave. I hope to be back with family for a holiday, so I can enjoy my time more than the time allocated amongst our tour schedule."
"Stayed 7 nights in a self contained room. kitchen was small with laundry located in the kitchen area. No free WiFi which is disappointing. Indoor pool was cold and the sauna was not working. The room was clean and good sized bathroom. May not stay again but did enjoy Twin Towns being so conveniently located."
