"the selection this shop has is fantastic, the range was great and the displays were fantastic, customer service from the shops end was pretty sad, we were in store for awhile befor any of the workers acknowledged we were inside, we ended up leaving and coming back another day and we had the same results again, ended up buying a pair of shoes that i wanted but the workers still didn’t try make a sale was a disappointing experience with a shop i waited along time to visit"
"I came in to get laces for my new Jordan 1 highs last night and they're a terrible fit, despite the staff repeatedly reassuring me they'll fit. They're a good fit for lows maybe, but the laces are far too short for highs. The aglets were so large they couldn't even be unlaced, so I had to cut them off. Complete waste of $15 - why bother to fake certainty for something that can be easily googled in a few seconds?"
"The Store & Shoe selection was fantastic, but honestly the staff left a lot to be desired. At the time when we went in it was just my wife, son and I in store with 3 staff and we struggled to get any help and ended up going to Culture Kings & JD. When you’re surrounded by competitors that carry a similar range with better service you need to stand out more."
