"I just had the worst experience with this clinic. On the first day, the receptionists made my appointment on a day that the doctor was not there. I’d taken a day off from work to make it to the appointment. I gave it another chance, because I really needed to do the procedure on that same week, so I booked another appointment a few days later as receptionists told me that it was ok. I arrived at my appointment only to find out that it was too late now to do the procedure. The doctor and receptionists do not look through their files/charts at all and do not care if they are wasting your time. I really don’t recommend their services. Very unprofessional and unkind people."

"My daughter had an appointment today with Dr Pratima Singh. We booked through hotdoc, there was some issue with the app. My wife got to the clinic & found had some issue with birth date. Dr Pratima was not Co operative at all and blamed my wife for incorrect birth date. Also, told her to not to argue with her. She was very rude to her, instead of listening to my daughters symptoms. It a shame that Dr’s are like that. Please don’t go there family people."

"Doctor & nurse are very friendly and excellent understanding of patient. But female receptionist from my experience was very bad. She making fun of my english accent & laughing shamelessly very loud even she understood every single word of it. Finally one of the older patient lady came forward to helping me out to explained my problem to the receptionist. Please my kindly request kept one paper & pen on side if somebody have different accent of english at least can communicate through written text."

"I’ve been a patient of Dr Goldsmith for thirteen years and I’ve always been looked after incredibly well. I’m happy to say I have now had my second AstraZeneca jab and I’m pleased to say I’ve had no side effects at all not even from the injection site. I thank my Doctor for his care over the years with his care and compassion and his amazing Medical knowledge. I thank the nursing staff for their dedication and care of the doctors patients. I thank the reception staff who are the frontline of the medical practice for their individual caring way and patience with the general public. I’m a happy camper!"
