"Had to endure a morning shower without hot water. I rang the Plumbing Doctor and they managed to get Darren to come out within 2 hours. He was great to deal with and had the issue fixed within 30 minutes at a reasonable rate. Very thankful."
"By chance I bumped into this plumber along my road early morning. He gave me his card and told me to call the office. The office booked me in quick smart and said plumber would be at my place that afternoon. 10 minutes later they called and said they could get someone to my place earlier in the morning if that suits. I was very pleased with this service. Plumber arrived earlier on time. He was great. Explained everything to us and fixed it quick smart. Great great service all round. Thank you The Plumbing Doctor. "After speaking to a number of local companies we decided to go with The Plumbing Doctor. The initial communication and service was good and I was able to book in the purchase and installation of a new hot water system the following day. The system was installed on Thursday morning. I was told by the plumber at the time it would take a few hours to heat to be able to use (which is totally reasonable) Tested it at 4pm. At this stage realised something was wrong as hot water was only available to two taps in the house (laundry and kitchen) the rest was only running cold water. I called the office and they were able to quickly rectify the situation and send a plumber back out that afternoon. Mind you the plumber commented when he was out a piece was installed incorrectly causing the supply issue not a faulty part as first suggested. On the weekend after we noticed that there appeared to be a water leak with the new system which must of occurred when the plumber came out the second time. The Plumbing doctor website states 24/7 service however I was not able to get assistance until the following Monday. The person I spoken to over the phone on Saturday told me they will charge me to send someone out to fix and would not pass on a message to the owner or person in charge which I didn't agree with, she would not offer another solution and said they had no way to contact the owner. I had no choice but to wait to Monday to contact them to hopefully speak to someone in charge. I did receive a call back Monday morning from the office lady (due to me sending a email and photos of the problem not from my phone conversation with them on the weekend). The office lady on Monday was helpful to arrange someone to come out on that day along with the (different) plumber to came out (third visit) and corrected the problems from the previous visits. I later learnt that the after hours staff did not follow procedures and should / would have fixed the problem on Saturday (with no charge)."
