"I booked in at short notice and the chap on the phone was very obliging. When I arrived at the allotted time, I was made to feel very unwanted by another staff member who was extremely abrupt and short. The guy who performed the 3 monthly service on the tyres was very friendly and obliging. Pity about the one on the desk letting the side down. I have a feeling by the way he behaved that he may have been the boss. But then, could be wrong. Not too interested in going back there to find out. I'll be looking for another centre for the next 3 monthly service."
