Our BJJ kids classes cater to children up to 15 years old, providing them with the opportunity to learn and grow in a safe and supportive environment. For adults who are new to grappling, our BJJ Beginner and Fundamentals classes are the perfect starting point. Led by highly experienced coaches, these classes provide a solid foundation in BJJ techniques and principles, allowing you to develop your skills at your own pace.

At Southside BJJ, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality BJJ classes for all ages and levels. Whether you are interested in traditional Gi training or prefer the dynamic and fast-paced nature of No-Gi grappling, we have classes to suit your preferences.

Our female-only classes are exclusively designed for teenage girls and adult women, providing a supportive and empowering environment for them to train and excel in BJJ. Currently available at our Burleigh location, these classes can also be arranged at our other gyms upon request.

In addition to our regular classes, our coaches are available for seminars at other gyms, allowing students to benefit from their expertise and knowledge. We also offer private one-on-one or small group classes, which can be booked by appointment for a more personalized training experience.
