"Well where do I start, Such a beautiful art, pure, traditional, powerful, affective, fun, family atmosphere. I’ve trained this style under Sifu Matthew Hansen for 22 yrs on and off and always gravitate back to him and his teachings after trying many disciplines I’ve yet to find someone so raw, genuine and knowledgeable in there teachings. I encourage my children to train at Mantis kung fu academy because not only does it give them a valuable life skill but it gives them the discipline and confidence they need to confront many of life’s altercations. Mantis it not just another martial art it’s a way of life.
