I cannot think of anyone worse to have represent your business. Doctors here are good, but my experience with said administrator was that bad, that I cannot give this place more than 1 star...."
"Dr D J Fitzgerald asked me to transfer out of my electric wheelchair and into their manual wheelchair. Refused to let me go up a short passage way to his consulting room as my chair may warp his precious wooden floor boards. I am 61 and suffer from muscular dytrophy and refused to swap because transfers are quite difficult. He consulted me in another doctors cement floored room. Told me to in future book the Dr in this room even though my regular Dr is Dr Johns, ( A real Doctor), who happens to consult in one of the wooden floored rooms. He did the flu shot OK and he functions as a doctor but obviously has little empathy for the situation of others. He doesn't really care. I feel extremely violated. Thanks, David Fitzgerald. "This is a review for Dr MAH. Despite my cardiologist having prescribed extra medication to my multiple powerful others for my high blood pressure and heart failure, it began to rise quickly and consistently to the high 150s. I was extremely worried as I had suffered a stroke and had heart failure so I didnt know if my blood pressure could suddenly increase further to dangerous levels. My cardiologist wasnt availabe until two weeks so his secretary told me to get my doctor to ring him so I could see him earlier. I told Dr MAH this and asked him to ring my cardiologist. He acknowledged my anxiety was making my BP worse but he refused to ring my cardiologist! He said my BP was 'moderate'. Really Dr Mah? To a normal person perhaps but with my heart failure and not knowing how high it could go before my cardiologist appointment in two weeks, I was clearly in a potentially dangerous condition. My anxiety was obviously making my BP worse which he even acknowledged but he couldnt be bothered to ring my cardiologist. He said he wasnt going to and even gave me a cold arrogant stare for a few seconds waiting for me to leave the room. I have never felt less cared for by any doctor. NOTE If there are any defensive responses from this clinic, NONE of you are cardiologists and NONE of you can defend not spending just a couple of minutes ringing my cardiologist for an earlier appointment having regard to my serious heart condition and rapidly rising BP."
"It makes a real difference going to a place with friendly caring staff, especially if Ur unwell. When I moved to the area I used different doctors clinics around to find the place for me and my family. Well I have not been anywhere else and don't plan on doing so ever. The staff and doctors are just amazing. I definitely recommend. Alicia."
"Having felt ripped off here some years ago, I gave them another try this week. Requested a phone appointment. After checking, I was told by receptionist Donna that this would be ok. At time of appointment, they rang to see where I was, refused to do phone appointment, and were generally difficult. They also denied any knowledge of the phone appointment, despite the fact I had times and dates of calls. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I then went to ROYAL PARK FAMILY PRACTICE where they were excellent! Service there was well above par and cost was LESS than I was quoted at Hindmarsh. Recommend to all that they go elsewhere, and strongly recommend the ROYAL PARK practice on Tapleys Hill road instead, where they went above and beyond!"
