"I am very impressed with this company. Having spent a large amount of money with Reece back in 2015/16 for our new home, we were very happy with the sales process and the quality of all our purchases. However, one of the taps showed signs of pitting to the chrome recently. I phoned Makayla at Bundall showroom. She took my details and I sent her photos of the tap. Within 1 hour Kirsty from Customer care phoned me. Kirsty told me to visit the showroom and my faulty tap would be replaced. A very simple process, prompt, very friendly, very efficient and very professional. What a pleasure to do business with; I will not hesitate to use them for all my plumbing needs in future. Be aware, if you buy the Mizu collection products, they dint have parts to replace if something breaks you need to buy the whole thing again."

"I made 3 orders via their online platform so far (with pick from the Bundall Plumbing store). Every single time I received a confirmation email stating that they will be in touch the following business day to confirm the details of the order. That did not happen at any occasion... The payment confirmation email is also extremely uninformative. It would be good if they included the items which were purchased under the order (at the moment this is not the case), or send another email which contains this information. The local (Bundall) staff is also extremely slack and irresponsible - with the exception of one employee who probably does the majority of the work there. They failed to notify me after they received my first and second order. I had to ring them and inquire to ensure I can go and pick up my order. For my third order a guy called (probably the one who does the work) after about two weeks asking if I was told that my order had arrived some time ago... When I picked up my first order the fella asked how I wish to pay. I said I do not wish to pay now as I paid already when I made the order - this was after 5 mins of confused searching and not finding my parcel. He looked at me like I had two heads and handed over my kit (without actually checking my claim, that I made the payment - which I did). The rating would stand around 2.5 stars because reece products are of good quality, so far I have had no issues with the items I purchased from them, this is the only reason I keep shopping there. However, they really need to lift their game when it comes to customer service. First, a more detailed confirmation email would be a big step; and then second, discipline their people and ensure they do a proper job."
