"Upon calling telling there is something wrong with our a/c we were told of call out fees. To which we agreed upon. Technician comes out tells us there is nothing wrong with it after 2 mins and that it is running normally. Doesn’t even check to clean filter. Promptly leaves, we get a invoice from the office charging call out fee for no work. Now the unit doesn’t work and they want nothing to do with it. Manager not taking calls and dealing with the matter.Beware scammers!!! You didn’t service my unit. We were advised there was nothing wrong with the unit from your technician. We knew our unit was not sounding right and was labouring. We were trying to be pro active by getting you guys in to have a look at it, to which you were very dismissive. No one shouted at your service operator. You said you were going to call me back but I have not received any call. If you have credibility in the industry you would not let this escalate to the level we are now at. Take ownership of the poor service you provided and received payment for."
