Invites you to their door by giving the buzzin details and room No, as soon you go up to their door, they open the door and say in Asian accent “No No No” sounds funny although they can see your social media profile on WhatsApp, Instagram through your phone. Always go for the website like Scarletblue and Ivysociete."

"Our stay was not good. The room wasn't up to scratch in terms of cleanliness: not horrific, but poor for the price. Same goes for furnishings and air conditioning. The room smelled of cheap cleaning chemicals and the hallways just stank. There was no hand towel in the bathroom. The set up with parking, keys and lifts is confusing and unprofessional. The room door didn't lock as you'd expect and we went out not realising anyone could have just walked in. There wasn't even a fire escape map in the room that we could see. Worst of all, we sat out on the balcony on the 14th floor at about midnight. Somehow a fault with the door caused it to lock behind us. We were stuck on a tiny balcony, very high up with no way back inside, no water, no warm clothes and just a phone with low battery to try to get help. There was nobody at reception and no way we could find the emergency after hours number (it was recorded on an information sheet inside the room). We had to call the police. They were able to get inside with the help of other people in the building, who reported the same thing had happened previously with balcony doors in the building. On the upside (!) the non-locking front door to the room meant the police could just walk in and save us. When we finally got back inside we checked our room key with the lock on the balcony door: it wasn't a match anyway. On the plus side, the view from the room was lovely and the place was conveniently located for the things we were doing in Adelaide. But neither of those things is enough to make this a decent or safe place to stay."

"Room was freshly painted which caused me to have a severe asthma attack. Room was dirty and bed wasn't made properly. Utencils we're melted. No hot water which I was not notified of when making the booking. Best thing out of the $250 spent was the view. Not worth money or time."

"This is my first review but I am absolutely disgusted! BROKEN GLASS. BROKEN LIFT. PUBIC HAIRS EVERYWHERE! If I could, I wouldn't even rate this place one star. At first glance, I walked into the room with my 10 year old daughter and thought it looked nice and clean for our overnight holiday. Until I noticed the entire left side of the sliding door window was smashed and cracked right down. My daughter went and sat on the couch and when I walked over, I noticed it was covered in black long hair and short pubic hairs. I was utterly disgusted to notice that she had also been sitting on crusty white stains. When I contacted reception, she said they were aware of the stains and sent someone up to clean off the hair. They also covered the couch with a blanket and apologised with a 20 refund of the 180 I paid to stay in this disgrace for the night. I searched for somewhere else to stay with my daughter but had no choice as all hotels were booked out. When I approached reception this morning, they weren't aware of the issue. I asked to speak with the manager but was denied. I was then told an agreement had been made that if they give me a 20 dollar refund, I won't write a review. I wasn't aware of this and by no means does 20 dollars compensate for the filth my daughter sat on. Reception also told me they will charge my credit card if I make a review. I'm contacting consumer affairs first thing tomorrow. It is unhygenic to rent out an apartment in that state and to threaten to take money from my account for giving honest feedback on a dirty apartment. Stay far far away from this place!"

"Sparsely and cheaply furnished, large apartment that definitely needs a proper clean.. missing a lot of essential kitchen items. Check in was prolonged due to language barrier (although staff were lovely) and reception not visible from street level. Close enough to centre of town. Close walk to China town. I probably won’t stay here again."
