"Very unprofessional and unhelpful. Called in advance, had to clarify I even had the right number as they just answered “hi”. They confirmed on the phone they had our battery in stock, on arrival 5mins after the call they didn’t. So had to take a different random one or drive to Nerang. Also should note they are reconditioned not new batteries. Then told when we were there that they couldn’t accept card payments, we had no cash on us. Provided our old battery and didn’t realise we needed to keep the attachments - something I would have thought they would have asked if we needed to keep. Instead came home and realised, had to call twice to get through to check that we can come back and get the part. I acknowledge I didn’t know what I was doing with the battery but that’s why you have expectations for them to help you when purchasing."
