"Having viewed sandstone pavers at the display yard that would look fantastic around our new pool. We ordered them and had them delivered. The day came to have them laid and we noticed that the paver was different to our sample majorly. totally different thickness and the colors were shades of white and green. I assumed it was a mix up in the delivery. After calling Sandstone works, i was bluntly told that it was color variation and I owned them. He would not listen that the paver was even 5 mil thicker or that it was a totally different paver to our sample. Very rude man. There was no acceptance for the obvious mistake that had been made. He told me i have inspected them and paid for it. I was told just lay them and they will look fantastic. At that point, i had to tell the installers to go ahead and lay them, even though it was completely different to what we wanted and had been shown. It left me in a no win situation In fairness, They look good ,but not as good as we had planed. I personally would never use Sandstone Works again and would warn others to be careful. Very aggressive man."
