"Brisbane West Hydrokleen tech failed to tighten a flange nut after an a/c service last year. This resulted in a leak which went undetected until we went to use the unit recently. We have been quoted $800 to regas and test the unit. I figured mistakes happen, and presumably it would be an easy problem to fix under their "no leak promise" warranty. WRONG. They refuse to rectify the issue and said repairing the unit for free would be "bad for business". Newsflash, so is breaking people's property in the first place. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Really disappointing, we have previously been loyal customers, but will avoid it like the plague in future. Suggest everyone else does the same."
