"Purchased a sleep trainer clock and after 13 days I called to cancel the order as i hadn’t received an email saying it had been sent. They assured me it had been and it was a hold up with delivery company but it should only be 3 days max. 6 days later still no email saying it was on its ways so I called again to cancel the order and again was told it had been sent already. 2 minutes after that call an email saying my parcel is on its way. Lies two times to me on the phone. Won’t be back"

"We booked a car seat and pram whilst visiting the Gold Coast. I’ll start by saying that our order was properly fulfilled in the end upon arrival but everything else was pretttttyyy bad. Website is clunky as ****, it appears to be 2-3 different websites cobbled together and is not user friendly. We made a single booking and received seperate order numbers and no confirmation that the order was received/confirmed or anything. To check the orders you have to dive through multiple website pages until you come across a very unintuitive menu that will allow you to create an account which is the only way to check the status of your order … but like I said, you can’t actually confirm your order because the website doesn’t update. They’re not contactable by email and do not answer the phone…. It took us 5 days calling every day to finally get a callback on the 6th which was an extremely painful conversation referring us back to the lengthy and not informative FAQs on the website… all we wanted was to confirm our order and they couldn’t do it… so the only way we would be able to confirm whether our order was fulfilled or not was to physically turn up and check the rental car. So anyway, we arrived, our order was in the rental car (whew) - unfortunately the car seat was installed very, very loosely - it had about 20cm of movement in all directions. But we fixed that up and the rest was all good. After returning the pram and car seat, a month later we got a $60 charge to our credit card without warning as there was some sand on the wheels. Garbage experience."

"BEWARE! I've never written a Google review before, but felt compelled to as I don't want others to experience what I went through. I made a booking for a car seat and was assigned a default time slot of 9am-12pm to pickup. I made a note within the application to request an earlier time so that my parents (who live on the Gold Coast) could pick up the car seat (as we were scheduled to fly in at 11am). I tried to contact the business owner multiple times via their business phone, mobile and social media accounts to confirm the pick up time and was ignored. My parents also attended the warehouse location in person twice to attempt to get in touch with no luck. They are impossible to contact! It wasn't until I requested a refund that I was told via email, that I can't cancel as it's within 72 hours of the booking. The owner intentionally did not respond to my multiple attempts to contact and acted in bad faith to put my family and I in this predicament. They would not refund the amount and ignored my multiple attempts to request a refund until the day before the scheduled pickup. I would have appreciated even any update or acknowledgement of my request before then. I'm sceptical of the positive reviews here, and want to share my experience so that others don't go through the same stress."

"We arrived from NZ after hours and the carseat we hired for our rental car was set up perfectly for our daughter. Such a seamless and easy process. Good quality carseat that was clean and properly installed. It was also installed rear facing like we had asked for. Made the start to our holiday so much easier! Highly recommend"

"We used Child Safety Solutions on a trip from NZ to the Gold Coast and I can't recommend them enough! Michele is highly knowledgeable and installed an extended rear facing seat for our 3yo into our relatives car so it was ready for when we arrived. The seat was great - clean, comfy and safe. If you're hiring a car at the airport, they can even install it before you arrive! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again."
