"Dealing with this team was difficult. From being contacted by ASIC due to changes for the business that owned the rental and then never being given updates on what was happening regarding whether or not we had rights to stay. Then there is the property manager who would be angry, rude and defensive if ever bringing up a concern or maintenance and then being told it is not her job to be the ho between for the tenant and property owner - which actually is the job of a property manager. And then the creepy old man in the office saying "good girl" when handing keys back."
