We believe that fostering empathy and understanding is essential for creating a harmonious and inclusive society.
We are thrilled to announce a $1.5 million expansion of our popular center, which will provide new opportunities and facilities for the community to enjoy. This expansion will further enhance the appeal of Dog Beach/Off Lead as a recreational hub for both locals and visitors.

Exciting news! We are upgrading Kings Court Reserve in Onkaparinga Heights. This reserve was generously handed over to the council by the developer to enhance our open space provision. The upgrade will include a vegetated swale for better stormwater management and plant biodiversity, creating new habitats and improving the aesthetics of the area.
We also want to hear from all Onkaparinga residents about the important issue of food security. An essential survey is open until 27 August 2023, and we encourage everyone to participate and provide their insights.
Trucks on Tour is a fantastic event where you can explore different types of trucks, meet the drivers, and even take photos with these impressive vehicles. With food vendors, roving entertainment, demonstrations, and a sensory hour, this event promises a day full of fun and excitement.

Reviews
"My dog loves running and swimming at the beach. We meet up with friends and their labradors and have so much fun."
"Really beautiful beach! No other dogs there when we went on a sunny Sunday morning which was unexpected but it was lovely."
"Love walking my dog here, clean and people are friendly"
"I love this stretch of beach and the dogs do to. The people and the other dogs are always friendly and it makes taking the dogs there a pleasurable experience."
"A great place to bring your dogs for some of leash fun. There's clear signage on where you're allowed to have your dogs off leash. There's a playground for the kids before you head down to the beach, with drinking fountains for humans and doggies alike. The beach itself is great. It's generally quite clean but beware of the occasional stray poop long hidden in the sand"
