"Never been dismissed by an owner of a business before. If a client asks you to call -you call! Not say we contacted you by sending an email (which was obviously was not read properly). The owners excuse of I screwed them on price match of airfares is not good enough. They just missed an opportunity to make further money off me. If you can tolerate inflexibility and don't expect basic customer service then this is the travel agent for you!"
