"I had a terrible experience with this company. I was initially sent an invoice for $487.30 to simply locate a leak in my small apartment (not to fix the leak at all). When I contacted them to express I found the charge exorbitant they gave me a reduction of $38.50. I also found the communication terrible and had to continually chase them to do the job and get back to me with an outcome. I would not recommend them or ever use them again. IN RELATION TO THEIR RESPONSE: The quote I was given on site was "$300-$400 but may be cheaper depending on problem". The invoice that exceeded $400 did not include any repairs."
