What I know of the people in this particular business represents the very best of humanity from Ken, his sons, staff to Alison at the desk. I'm sure that being a friend might influence the service I receive from them but my gut tells me the quality of service I've been spoilt with extends much more broadly than that. Keep supporting local. The McDonald style businesses lined up to undermine the personal representation of a great local business leads to something stale and lesser in my estimation.
