"The previous franchise owner mat (Mathew) was fantastic the best customer service around always happy smiling and new all his customers by there names and the store had a great vibe. I wish i could say the same for the new franchise owner but its the complete opposite now its like going to prison rank and number i mean last name and traking number. Waiting to be served is like watching paint dry long and miserable. Apparently having good custom services and a happy and pleasant demeanour is not a Australia post pre requisite to acquiring a franchise. very disappointed Australia post"
