She tailors treatment to their developmental needs, supporting them in making positive changes and achieving their goals.

Nick, another valued member of our team, specializes in working with adolescents and adults experiencing complex mental health presentations. He also provides support for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and interpersonal difficulties. Nick brings authenticity, compassion, and warmth to his therapeutic relationships, empowering his clients to move towards recovery and personal growth. His therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, and psychosocial rehabilitation.

Both Zoë and Nick are registered psychologists, ensuring the highest standard of care.
