"I usually love this place and I'm not bagging the food. I'm very angry at their customer service. I ordered a chips and gravy through uber eats and asked in the notes if I could get the gravy separate to the chips so they stay crispy. I arrived to collect my order when it was said it was ready and I get told we can't do that or it will be extra. (Not mentioning the fact that ordering through uber I'm already paying more) That's fine I have no problem with that I say to just do it on top. I then had to wait another 10 - 15 minutes because they hadn't even started making any of my order because of the dispute. 1) you could have at least made the other stuff so I didn't have to wait so long and 2) if you have a dispute with something I've requested, call me. Uber gives them your number. Not sure what was going on but I'm very unhappy."
"Chips were ok, but the beef burger was not nice at all the beef burger could only have a few bites, was unable to eat anymore, actually made me feel sick don't know if it was the actual food or the quality but either way it was bad. Chicken burger we also got wasn't much better. Only positive is we will never be going back."
