"Dr Sarat Jyotsna Rangaiah is an incredibly compassionate and thorough GP. I've been coming to her for a couple of years now and always feel safe in her hands whether it's for myself or my children. The reception staff are nice. I've never had a long wait before. I do prefer this newer clinic Vic Park than the one in East Vic Park simply because it's a tad closer to home. They don't normally bulk bill so please be prepared for that. They do bulk bill children and I think concession card holders."
"Really bad service. Been there 3 times for my kids vaccination, still not done due to poor communication between their staff. Wasting of time. Messed up the appointments multiple times. Not recommend to anyone, definitely not going there again. The one star is for the nice doctor."
